Do the plans stack?
No. Your organization is on exactly one plan, and each plan includes everything below it. When you upgrade, nothing goes away and more features unlock.
Which plan are we?
Price by the highest level of care you operate. Any IOP/PHP program means Outpatient. Any residential or detox bed anywhere means Residential.
Can we upgrade mid-stream?
Anytime. Practices expanding into outpatient move up the day their program opens, with no re-implementation and no data migration.
What counts as usage?
Only AI past your included credits, text messages, and insurance transactions. Core clinical work is never metered.
What about multiple locations?
Multi-site organizations get per-location pricing with volume discounts. Contact us and we'll put together a quote.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. New facilities can be live same-day. If you are migrating from another EHR, we scope the migration with you up front.
